In preparation for the numerous events being held at Chöying Dzong this spring, your help is needed in preparing the temple, cabins and grounds. The work weekend will be held March 5-7.
Tasks include organizing the shed for multi-use purposes during the retreats, preparing the cabins for multiple occupancy and general repair work (which includes light carpentry). We will also be putting up prayer flags and thangkas, washing windows, cleaning the kitchen, touching up paint inside and outside the temple and preparing the shrine (polishing offering bowls, etc.).
The work weekend is guaranteed to be both fun and productive, and we look forward to having as many people attend as possible.
